Your Inner Voice

Your Inner Voice

June 13, 20242 min read

When exploring what influence you are under, ask yourself who is speaking and who is listening WITHIN you.

Who are those parts inside of you that are speaking and listening?

My critical inner voice once sounded like an authority chastising myself for doing everything inadequately…no matter what, it was never good enough.

The listener part of me took everything that voice said personal…as if it was my fault.

For a long time, this listening part of me constantly tried to overcome the perceived inadequacies in me.

Despite how hard I focused and tried to figure it out, I could not seem to stop being someone who didn’t do things good enough!

That voice spoke to me with judgment and criticism.  It had no mercy.  It spoke with such contempt over time it caused me to cower at the thought of standing up for myself.

When I learned what I now teach, I liberated myself out of this trap of “no matter what I do I am not good enough” that actually lived inside me.

When your mind is freed from trying to get out of the trap, you will see a step-by-step path unfold before you.  The source of this path is no longer the inner critical voice that speaks of imaginary self-perceived flaws of not good enough…it becomes your personal intuition.

This voice is your inner guidance leading you step by step out of what doesn’t work and into what does.

Come free yourself from whatever voice is holding you back and intuitively step forward in ways that matter to you.

Learn to jump over the adversity in your mind and get to what you intend.
